I was about to blog this beer and saved the featured image you see above to my harddrive and stumbled on another Munkle Brugge City Brune picture (shown below). I apparently forgot to post about this beauty a while back. This one is a favorite of mine (even if it’s in a ShockTop glass).
This Belgium Ale is tasty. A lot of different complimentary flavors including smooth malt, honey, a tad earthy and leather, and goes down well with the spread you see above (crackers, brie and apricot jam). Not a bad lunch at all. I’m sad that I forgot about this lovely beer and will look for it on my shopping trips in the future.
